Pace’s Technical Services department is comprised of trained scientists with years of experience in post harvest handling and processing of fresh fruits. The Tech Service Team works with packers to optimize the use of Pace’s postharvest products in the packinghouse. More specifically the Tech Services group is there to help you with fungicide application monitoring, fruit residue analysis, resistance monitoring, and general fruit handling advice. We are here to serve the needs of our customers.
Food Safety
Pace has in house food safety expertise and can help packers implement a customized food safety program. In today’s market, food safety is key and should be a high priority for every packer.
